Welcome to Local 96.
For referents in the hiring hall who are not union members of Local 96, various referral lists may require the payment of hiring hall fees or registration fees. Hiring hall fees and registration fees must be received by the 1st day of the quarter for which they apply. If payment is not received within 60 days, a certified letter will be sent to the individual’s mailing address notifying them of the delinquency. Failure to pay within ten days of receipt will result in removal from referral lists for which they qualify to a new list placement until the payment is received.
